Move a document to or from iCloud

If you have iCloud set up on your Mac, Pages saves your documents to iCloud by default. You can change a document’s location.

Change a document’s location

  1. Choose File > Move To (from the File menu at the top of your computer screen).

  2. Choose a new location from the Where pop-up menu, then click Move.
